Great facilities, very responsive support staff when needed, efficient "business systems," and overall pleasant experience. Great place to stay as far as the facilities and amenities. Only detractor was the steep driveway, but it wasn't too long.

It was the best cabin we've rented so far. Great view, great amenities, plenty of space for group of 15 with 5 kids in pre-teens/teens. Few min from Blue Ridge and other attractions.

Perfect place to go to and relax. Yes everything was perfect! Only problem the hot tub did not work the entire time we was there.

The service was wonderful and everything happened on time. We were able to get in to the cabin easily, and everything was clean. The customer service reps when I called to ask questions were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was so cute and in a nice quiet location. There were barking dogs for 30 minutes at a time about 3 times a day. That was noted in the cabin description , so expected it.

 Reservation process was simple. The cabin was spacious and tastefully decorated. The setting was beautiful; fern and mountain laurel covered the property. No interaction was necessary beyond the expected emails and texts. Our favorite feature was the back decks and covered porch. We could hear the peaceful creek sounds from them.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 10. I was very impressed on how clean the house was. The views are spectacular. I highly recommend!!

When we had an issue with the AC, the after hours service tech was there within an hour (Sunday morning), check in and check out was very easy. The entire process with renting the cabin was easy, it was well maintained  Cabin was well stocked, comfortable and felt like home with a beautiful view. Everything about the cabin was perfect. Loved the covered outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

This is the second time we have use Southern Comfort and had a great experience both times. Such an awesome cabin! Amazing layout so you can be together or spend time alone.
