Gather the fur babies and loved ones and be ready to experience nature like never before at Bear Watch in Cherry Log, GA.

This 2 bedroom cabin is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge or Ellijay. You can spend your days hiking the wooded terrain, but be aware that Bear Watch didn't receive the name due to deer or turkeys, however you will see those too. Make the short drive South to Ellijay, the apple capital of GA or North to Mericer Orchards and spend the day picking strawberries, apples, and blueberries depending on the seasons.

This cabin features 2 Master suites with King beds and full baths on opposite ends of the home. There is a fireplace in the living room to enjoy cozy nights by the fire as you sip your cocoa and catch up on the days events. Relax in the four seater hot tub on the front deck and soothe those sore muscles then dry by the outdoor fireplace before turning in for the night.

This cabin is the perfect couples retreat or even a besties refresher after a long week at work.

Dog-Friendly Cabin:  This cabin welcomes your furry family members with open arms!  Up to 2 dogs can enjoy the vacation alongside you, making for unforgettable memories. Our pet fee helps us maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our cabins for everyone to enjoy, and we are excited to welcome!

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes. This Cabin Was Exactly What We Are Looking For!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was well stocked, however, we would recommend adding a round pizza pan. Beds were very comfortable. When we arrived at the cabin the access code did not work. We called and left a message and received a very prompt return call. The young lady was very nice and provided as new access code to gain entry. Sorry, I do not remember her name.  The back porch!!! We spent many hours watching the deer and squirrels and listening to the birds sing and just enjoying the peacefulness. We did not see any bears but do believe one 'visited' the outdoor trashcan one of the nights we were there.

A Great Experience!

We loved our cabin rental. Just like its pictured. Quiet and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything. Extra blankets and utensils well maintained. WiFi was fast and the TV had every streaming service making it easy to find something to watch at night and cuddle. The property also had some games and puzzles making family game night fun. Definitely a great experience.
